Overview

The Event Manager is the central intelligence service for unplanned event detection, prioritization, and lifecycle management. It analyzes live network data to identify congestion, incidents, and other disruptions as they emerge, automatically calculating priorities and tracking operator responses through real-time subscriptions.

When events are detected, the Event Manager generates priority scores based on multiple factors such as event type, location, duration, and impact severity. It manages the complete event lifecycle from detection through resolution, coordinating with task allocation services to ensure appropriate responses are triggered and tracked.
